I have been in the solar industry for the past 7 years and throughout this time have been disheartened that many installation companies have no aftercare services for customers they have installed. This unfortunately has left customers with nowhere to turn to for assistance in general maintenance, repairs and even warranty issues, resulting in customers being passed from one department to another with no resolutions.
Due to this lack of aftercare services within the solar industry, combined with my passion in providing exceptional customer service, I decided to start my own company focused on the solar servicing needs of customers. This dedication has also provided Solar Service Care with the rights to be the authorised service agents in Victoria for several solar installation companies.
