Floating Images is located at Ipswich and commenced a commercial passenger hot air ballooning activity over the Valleys of the Scenic Rim and the heritage city of Ipswich. Only 30 minutes drive from Brisbane’ CBD.

This regions geography and climate are ideal for ballooning all year round. Today’s modern safe balloon provides the platform for our passengers to take in breathtaking and stunning scenery, superb and glorious views to explore Ipswich & the Scenic Rim from the air.

Over the years, Graeme has gained valuable business insight into the ballooning industry, having flown for various balloon companies across the globe. With over 1800 hours flight time and 20 years balloon experience, Graeme is a Civil Aviation Safety Authority approved chief pilot. He has been flying commercial balloons since 1990, starting off in France where he learnt to fly balloons, the birthplace of Hot Air Ballooning.
