A trip into the hills is worth a visit if nothing else. just to taste a scoop of their delicious Natural Ice Cream and Sorbets from this family owned and run business.
A waffle cone of their fresh peach sorbet sourced from local providers OMG Heaven! I need to try every single one of these delicious flavours!
Also in large text next to each flavour are the ingredients used — A huge win for the health conscious or allergy sufferers.

The completely unassuming exterior may lead bypassers to conclude this place is just another Ice creamery. What you will find inside though, is so far from Streets, Peters and Il Gelato its not even funny.
Collodel make dreamy, creamy gelato, employing traditional techniques used by the gelaterias of Northern Italy. It is a family run business and the owners make the delicious gelato every day, right there on the premises.
Soft, rich, voluptuous gelato in the form of Coconut, Crème Caramel, Coffee Cream, Vanilla Bean, Yoghurt & Berries, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate Rocher and the most exquisite flavour — Mascapone with Cointreau and Lemon Curd. My goodness, it is delicious!
Faced with the difficulty of choosing just one delicious looking gelato, I end up with the greedy three scoop which only sets you back $ 4.50 — amazing value for authentic Italian ice cream!
I put Collodel on par with the gelato I devoured daily in Italy and Spain, truly heavenly stuff. It is for sure the best gelato in Perth!
