Pros: one salesman Ky was really helpful. No pressure, answered questions we had. We chose a large entertainment unit & shelving, and a coffee table.
Delivery was on time, as ordered, and put together. no assembly required.
surprised at good prices and love that it’s not flatpack (even harvey norman and freedom are flatpack these days).
Cons: Their financing company Lombard is really difficult. You can’t apply in store like with HN but have to go home, do it online (longest form ever for $ 2k!!) then go BACK in store to sign documents. So painful.
We went in on a Thursday evening just to sign finance documents and a different salesman manning the store was closing up a little early and didn’t want to turn the computer back on so we had to come back another day. pretty lazy.
