If these words are words that you get, you obviously play badminton. In the south west suburb of Jindalee, badminton lovers gather twice a week, once on Wednesday night at 7−10pm and again on Sunday afternoon 2−5pm. Cost is $ 5 if you are a member ($ 35 to join as a member) and $ 10 for a non-​member.
This is by far the most social sports club I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly, not competitive and very welcoming to new people. In fact, new people are encouraged! A rostering system on a white board to ensure that everyone plays with everyone. It’s a social club, so even a new person can play with someone who is a seasoned player… even learn a thing or two! I like the fact that people don’t create their own games here, the experts play with beginners, and vice versa. There is always a good conversation happening when you’re waiting for a game.
