I got a reminder letter to go & get my eyes tested, as it had been 2 years since my last appointment. After making my booking for a Saturday morning, I was greeted by a very welcoming staff member, Belinda, who did the first part of my eye exam. She explained perfectly how everything was going to happen. She had a very happy uplifting personality about her. I was then introduced to Geoff who was going to complete the remainder of my eye exam. He was amazing, making me feel very comfortable & talking me through whole way through my exam. He explained how he would be taking a photo of each of my eye balls & this would show how my health is currently — according to Geoff I’m healthy-as. Geoff then brought me back to Belinda for my frame selection. Poor Belinda was so patient with me as I spent quite a bit of time on the selection of my two frames. She talked me through how my health fund insurer would pay for both & which frames I could consider under that policy. She kindly stayed with me telling me which she thought suited me & which didn’t. She realised I was going to be a while & didn’t take offence when I asked if I could spend some time on my own checking out frames. Geoff & Belinda really know what customer service is all about — the customer. I would highly recommend this Specsavers to anyone. Well done Geoff & Belinda. I will see you in 2 years.
