Now that I’ve completed a year of pilates, I thought I’d update this review. I’ve learned what pain means what and,(much more importantly for me) how to fix it. That means that I haven’t had to see the physio at all for my back or knee this year! I’m loving the pilates mat classes at Mindful Movement, and over the summer break I plan to give the studio lessons a try. I can’t recommend this enough — it has made that much of a difference to me.
