This was an unexpected find in hoppers crossing! Delicious coffee and excellent food, I had the pumpkin, onion jam, halloumi on sourdough and my husband the pulled pork — delicious!!! We will definitely return.

Surprisingly busy for a Friday breakfast trade, so service was friendly but at times inattentive. I ordered the 7 grain sourdough with poached eggs, pumpkin, onion jam and halloumi. The pumpkin and onion combination was quite sweet but well offset by the salty fried halloumi. Really well complimented by a perfect café latte. Hubby ordered the Big Brekki which also had the amazing halloumi plus a deliciously oily chorizo sausage and all the usual suspects. Love that this place is in Hoppers Crossing, we need more places like this! Will definitely return.

Love the coffee and service here. Have only had coffee so can only comment on this. Is great if you like a strong, robust latte!

Corinthians. No doubt the best café in the area. Really the only real café in the area. The whole time I was growing up, Hoppers Crossing only had franchise style places so Corinthians is a welcome addition! And it’s obviously appreciated, I’ve never seen it empty! I think what makes corinthians stand out as a great café, not only in the west but in general is the staff. So attentive and friendly. You really couldn’t ask for better. They use Mörk hot chocolate which is a personal fave and have plenty of delicious options for breakkie and lunch too. For me it’s great to have somewhere to go when I can’t be bothered hiking across the west gate for a good meal! For anyone out this way definitely stop by for a coffee at least, I hear they’re pretty amazeballs.

Average. Z burger was nice but not outstanding. Chips are great though. Popcorn chicken was overcooked and dry. Fux hipster environment but better than most.

Best café in the western suburbs of melbourne, and hands down best coffee ive had, and they know what they are doing when it comes to that. great atmosphere and it is definately what the area was lacking. great to go in and chill. Great selection of pastries and smart menu not overloaded with to many choices. LOVETHISPLACE
