Have dined at this restaurant a few times in the past few years and it’s solid but nothing special. They do Northern Chinese style(read spicy) noodles and have the staple of cumin Lamb skewers. I find myself here when I want some spicy soup noodles and couldn’t be walking elsewhere or queueing up at better establishments. This is just across the road from the main Market City entrance so it is definitely convenient. People have commented that the broth can be a little bland, I think that’s the style but for me, it goes okay as long as there is enough chilli oil in it.

It seems to be a rather popular place. But there’s never a wait. I tried their vegetarian ramen and had a side of their seaweed salad. It was just mediocre. I think if I had gotten something with meat in it there might have been more flavour. But overall, it’s a good place to grab some broth based noodle soups fast and easy. My main reason to come here was cause of a ruptured eardrum and needed something soothing so it did the trick :) but I wouldn’t willingly come here because I craved it. Much better off somewhere else if you wanted ramen that has more flavour.

Don’t be fooled thinking this is a Japanese ramen restaurant. It’s actually a Chinese restaurant with hand pulled noodle dishes. I ordered a bowl of noodle soup and it was just okay. The noodles were firm and the soup was just a clear broth. I recommend going to Kungfu Ramen if you’re craving spicy Chinese noodle dishes.
