I rang on a Friday afternoon, expecting to arrange a time up to a week away. When he learned that I was currently at home, Paul let me know he could come look at my fridge within an hour. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, and cleaned up very quickly. While he was there, I told Paul I’d had concerns that the seals on the fridge might be due for replacement. He checked the seals, assured me that they were in good condition and should last several more years — no pressure on me to pay for extra work, which was great.
I found this service through another review site and had been skeptical about the high ratings. I’m pleased to be able to say that my experience supports all the good reviews.
