The Hutch Bistro

This place was recommend to me however did not live up to all the hype.
Arriving just as the breakfast menu was finishing and lunch starting we have the quick choice of choosing from either. The usual breakfast items were on offer so lunch it was. Items looked interesting and presented well when served. Sadly my dish the flavour was not there to back it.
My milkshake on the other hand was delicious. And so it should for the price I paid. I would go back for other one. Also for the onion rings which are made with real onion.
Next time I’ll try the breakfast menu…

I wanted to give it 2.5 stars but had to go either 2 or 3, and it’s not actively BAD… I just thought this place was very average.
Pros: nice music, waitress seated and served me quickly, ground pepper and salt available
Cons: their breakfast menu was finished by 11.30, but I didn’t see anything that said this till I had been sat down with a menu… I ordered the chicken breast on turkish bread & like I said it wasn’t actively bad but I felt like it could have been grilled a little longer and the bread wasn’t toasted at all. Didn’t really love the aioli, all in all I’d definitely be up for a return visit though… none of the cons were that terrible, it just contributed to an average experience.
I will give a shout out to the suffering waitress who spent 15 minutes answering questions about every minute detail of the menu before the folks near me even ordered a drink… I would have lost my patience way early in that ordeal so good work lady!

Had lunch with my Mum here. Really nice food and friendly, efficient service. You can’t really ask for more. Will definitely be back! :)

Arriving at 4:45pm the mumbling unpresentable staff dismissed us with a sneer to come back at 5:30. Bad first impression. wont be returning.

On the hunt for a fresh breakfast place to enjoy and we found it here :) delicious food, great range of choices on the menu, fast service, pleasant bubbly staff, couldnt be happier!
The location of the restaurant up on the raised deck over looking the main road is really nice in the morning, with plenty of shade to be very enjoyable.
The dinner menu looks pretty damn good, we hope to return soon to try it out too :)
Coffees were made well, so well we had seconds after our meals, hehe.
I had the eggs benedict, a huge serving, with house made hollandaise sauce (something not everywhere is doing anymore, but this one was delicious, kudos!), and my partner had the haloumi stack, wow!

Absolutely beautiful food

Great place. Service and food are consistently good. Owner tries lots of things to keep the place interesting.
Not the most «special» location, but a great place to go breakfast through to dinner any day of the week.
