So for less confusion basically they are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but they close from 1pm to 2pm each day for lunch.
I was directed to this company’s services by another of my child’s specialists. I rang them and the receptionist gave me all the information I needed on what I asked for in the first phone call. Which was great. I then made a booking, granted they are specialists so I had to wait a few months for an appointment. I also go t sent a huge amount of paperwork to fill out before the appointment, so lucky I had plenty of time!
The cost was quite high and medicare really didn’t cover much at all. However it was a specialist service and they did provide us with a very comprehensive report with all the results of their testing and recommendations to assist us with future planning. So for what they did the cost was probably in actual fact quite comparitive and not exhorbitant at all.
On the day he had to go in there they were fantastic with him. No issues, he did all their tests and games and was finished within about an hour, if that.
Great customer service, smooth process and provide a very valuable service if she should need it.
