Late at night, hungry and around Glen Waverley? Chances are you have drive by this kebab joint hundreds of times but never noticed it. Tucked away in the corner of the servo, Bambinos has been around for awhile and I have visited on numerous occasions both sober and tipsy.
The kebab is not expensive and is a good serving size but each time I go, the wait there is always a bit of a wait even though there may be no line and the kebab meat is just not as juicy as I would like it to be.
I’d like this kebab joint to have a few plastic tables or chairs about, have a clear menu with correct prices, be more attentive, have more flavoursom sauce and baste the meat more. Overall for a late night munch that you may not remember, a kebab for $ 8 – 10 at Bambinos is not a bad idea.
