Hands down the best Vietnamese place around. Lol. I’ve taken a couple of my female friends here & they loved it.

The broth was clearer than others I’ve had in Perth, but it was extremely tasty retaining that beef and oxtail flavour that makes a great phở. From when I was little to now I’ve been told the perfect phở should make you sweat a little when eating because you can’t help but bury your face in the bowl — and this one definitely delivered on that front. The chilli provided was H.O.T! Love that punch to your senses as you consume a hot chilli, and this one brought sparkle to each slurp. The beef was tender and melt in your mouth, though the noodles were a little chewy(but forgivable for all the other great elements). It might seem a bit out there to say, but I’m calling this as the best phở I’ve tried in Perth at a restaurant to date. And for those who haven’t been, it is definitely worth a try! You should also try their Vietnamese pancake which is a dish that’s not as common here in Perth(but something I survived on when on holiday there). Crispy, flaky outside with fatty pork, shrimp and sprouts inside. It’s so tasty to wrap up in lettuce and dip in fish sauce. Mmmm!

My wife and I love coming here for their raw beef ho fun soup. The quality is consistent and we love it with a bit of chili and squeezed lime. Broken rice is the other option I go for when I don’t feel like soup. Pries are good and what you’d expect from a small suburban take out, serving sizes are generous as well. Highly recommend this place.

Hu Tieu Viet Long is definitely a good find in Girrawheen. If there’s anything good here, it’s definitely Vietnamese food. Come to this area & you won’t be disappointed. I normally visit Trang’s Café or Phở Hyunh for my Bun Bo Hue fix but I think I’ve found another go-to place. Located at Newpark Shopping Centre. Open 7 days 10am-9pm. This place is tiny, don’t think it sits more than 30 pax. I’m sure on the weekends you’ll have a problem looking for seats if you come in a group. Look for«Viet Long» that’s all it says on the shopfront. I had the Bun Bo Hue(duh! Coz its my fav). The soup tasted AMAZING! Could have been a tad spicier but with the added slices chillies… it’s all good. My girlfriend had the combination Phở. I tasted the soup & it was lovely. One thing I noticed was their noodle portion was good but their meats was overly generous! Almost every mouthful was a slice of their deliciously cooked beef or pork. Oh my, I’m salivating just thinking about it. For dessert, we had the 3 colored bean drink. Not bad for $ 4. So, let me tell u, maybe the phở is that good that there’s nothing left on my girlfriend’s bowl(oops hope you’re not reading this review). Nothing, nada, zilch, zero! Not even a drop. Okay, now I’m really tempted to try the combination Phở。 Mmmmmm, don’t think I saw any toilets but there are toilets inside Newpark shopping centre(provided it’s opening hours of the centre). The missing star is because of no access to toilets. Lastly, it’s CASH only. Don’t worry if you forgot, there’s atm located close by.
