History

Established in 2005.

A childhood love of the humble Commodore 64 developed into a career in IT with contracts for large corporations such as Department of Emergency Services, Education Department and Toshiba HelpDesk.

In 2005 my wife and I decided to start a family business offering high quality IT Support for Businesses and Home Users in Sydney with a philosophy of becoming part of the team wherever we go, treating our clients business and emergencies as our own.

That philosophy has paid off with some wonderful (and very loyal) clients — some of whom have been with us since the beginning. Over the years our network of clients, associates and suppliers has grown so that we can expand our services and offer even more value, without losing the personal touch. Clients who call still speak directly to me (Dave), so we can get to work addressing your problems right away.
