Service is slow as a snail. Absolutely no bar service available but its a nicely decorated restaurant.

Book book book otherwise you won’t get a table!
Service was a bit slow & they need someone just to clear and clean the tables as the lady at the counter had to do it.
Definitely need more staff to look after the customers, went 15 minutes with an empty glass, and no one cleared the table between entrée and main.
It’s a very noisy venue.
Food was good, so can’t complain

We arrived there for a late weekday lunch.
As TGI Fridays go, the food here was pretty good.
The issue I had was that the service was difficult to come by and they were very slow in bringing out our food.
So ok with the food, not so good with the service.

Great food as usual. Tonight was the Ultimate Jack Daniels Burger with a side of honey mustard sauce for chip dipping and. I kid you not, the chip dip is a must!
Atmosphere was fantastic as usual. The kinda place you can attend with just one other person yet feel a vibe as if you’re with a large group.

Found a hair in the food. While the food is great and the atmosphere buzzing, there is a real hygiene issue. Last time there was a huge beetle in my salad. Not going back again.

This newly built TGIF in Forrest Hill looks great. The staff were attentive and friendly even sang the birthday song. The theme was Americana styled and I have been to similar themed restaurants and this one was just as good.
My food was fantastic, defiantly try the Jack Daniels sauce as it is what they are known for. The only thing that brought down the experience was my friend had a big black hair in her food. They Comped the meal, but it is always a little off putting.
However I will eat there again.
