I feel sorry for the employees because I can only imagine how bad the management is. If it weren’t for me being with colleagues, I would have went elsewhere. I never expect much from fast food but to ask for ketchup (tomato sauce) and be told it’s 50 cents although I ordered a combo with fries (chips), just bothers me a bit. It’s not about being able to afford it; it’s just principle. At least the Solo Lemon was refreshing.
