Are you looking for a good, quality pair of shoes that no one else will be wearing? DONOTCOMEHERETHEN. Mix and Max is the absolute epitome of ‘fast fashion.’ the latest trends in shoes as well as the classics are all here, but made cheaply by no-name brands copied off the bigger labels. Having said that, I quite like Mix and Max. If you are looking for a pair of ankle boots to wear to a festival, or some flat shoes to wear at work on the weekend and can’t spend a lot of money then this is the place for you,(as long as you don’t mind them falling apart after a few wears.) I would definitely consider Mix and Max to be a bigger Payless Shoes and with a much greater variety. They are always incredibly cheap and you are always sure to find something as the store is huge.

The shoe shop between Devil Kitty and Victorian Gothic takes«reproduction» to a whole new level. On Ebay, one can find a Japanese seller stocking knee– and thigh-high Converse clones at similar prices to the real thing(only real Converse options don’t come much higher than one’s ankle). Here, you can find clones of those Ebay gems. As opposed to many cheap shoe shops(Payless shoes, anyone?), the options here are always interesting. It’s not so much about knock-offs as cool designs made and sold at half the price. I always make a point to visit whenever I’m in the area, even if it’s just to pick up super-long laces for my own pair of replica thigh-high Converse copies.
