Oh yes, yum yum, too much pasta makes a big bum. But some people like big booty’s. I could eat pasta all day and all night, especially Spinach Ricotta Lasagne and at $ 12 a kilo you may find me spread out one day all over the suburb calling faintly for«More parmesan!»; if you do, just walk on by. Seriously the Pasta Factory has been one of my guilty pleasures for the longest time. They make a solid range of different pasta meals and all you have to do is take them home and eat them. Dangerous stuff. You can buy freshly made pasta spaghetti for $ 5 a bag, make your own lasagne with their sheets at 50cent each(they will not rap at you) and you can purchase three sauces in 500ml jars for $ 13.00 which seems low cost to me. They support local industry in the bulk of their purchasing and obviously take pride that all of their products are made with the highest quality ingredients. It is all deliberately low in salt and fat and is made without preservatives, additives or colourings. Best to park in one of the shopping centre car parks in the immediate area because they are on a corner and in a great spot for advertising but not so great for stopping in your car — you just can’t stop outside the shop, you have to park elsewhere, but it’s really no big deal. There are fund raising deals they can do with you but I’m yet to look into that, it’s like a ‘party’ where you organise sales with your friends I believe; and they sponsor a few charities, you can check all of that on their website. Check it out.
