The first time my car got a flat tyre this is where I went. This is also the place that tried to rip me off in a major way. I pulled in and had no idea what to do. Where to park my car? Do I get out? Do I wind my window down? I had never been to a car repair place before and it was very confusing. I idled in the middle and eventually a man came over and I turned the car off and rolled the window down. He asked what the problem was and I told him my front tyre was flat. He had a look then returned to the window and told me that it looked like I actually needed four new tyres because replacing just one wouldn’t solve my problem. «But it’s just a flat,» I said. I wasn’t stupid. There was a hissing noise coming from the tyre as the air came out and it was visibly deflated compared to the others. The car itself was new and the tyres perhaps only four months old. «Hmm,» he responded. «I’ll do a water test on the front tyre but I’d be expecting to need to replace all four. Park over there.» I did what he said, handed over the keys and went and sat in the shade that he pointed to. Then a few more guys came out and had a look. One of them asked why he was trying to replace all four when only one tyre was flat. The first one answered too quietly for me to hear then a guy I hadn’t spoken to came over and said all four should be replaced. I was furious at this treatment. It was obvious that I was out of my depth and didn’t really know what I was doing so they tried to take advantage of me. I allowed them to change my tyre and then I left. I will never go back and I most certainly don’t recommend them.
