Knox Gymnastics Club

Knox Gymnastics Club is one place that I have seen transform many people from kids into highly talented teenage and adult gymnasts. My sister spent almost ten years there moving up the levels and eventually ended up as a coach. Her friends there have done the same or moved on to bigger and better things like being circus performers — one is even part of Cirque Du Soleil in Las Vegas now.
The club runs kinder gym right up to adult gym and is very popular. There are waiting lists for almost all classes so you will want to get in quick to secure your sport. I participated in kinder gym and junior gymnastics when I was seven or so. It was really fun and I loved going to walk along the beam and jump on the giant trampoline. Another massive highlight is the long foam-​filled pit underneath the high bars.
The club updates itself regularly and the coaches are all industry qualified and enthusiastic. I have no knowledge about the various levels of gym anymore as it has been awhile since I was seven but they have MAG, WAG, GG, KG and AER.
There is a big carpark on site and a large oval right alongside, which coaches do utilise for athletic fitness. Inside there is plenty of bench seating available for parents, families or friends to watch training sessions or any of the competitions that are held there.
