Love this place it’s a very tranquil setting surrounded by birds and plants! The menu doesn’t change much but generally the food is good and coffee is hot.

Sunning beside the Roman water fountains is a lovely way to spend time drinking excellent coffee. This little coffee shop is in the grounds of Flower Power but it deserves its own review. The food looks wonderful and there is a wide range of treats to have throughout the day. You can have breakfast here as from 8am. Buy your plants early do all the hard work and then have something to eat and drink… oh not licensed! Shame, ha. There is a substantial lunch time menu from 11am — 3pm. There seemed to be a steady flow of people who had ordered lunch and had left before the afternoon traffic built up. We were having coffee after this time so from 3pm –4.30pm hot and cold drinks are only served. The waitress was very pleasant and had a great sense of humour.

I’m giving it a three star for view. The food wasn’t all that great. Customer service is shit! None of them know the meaning of smiling. They all look like they hate their job.

Had lunch at this place with the most perfect weather. This café holds a great atmosphere due to the nice landscape of the garden and bird aviary. The food was quite nice overall but i wished the sirloin steak was a bit more tender for the open steak sandwich($ 26). I probably shouldve asked for medium but the waiter didnt ask so didnt remember to mention it. Despite that this café is great place to hang out with family and friends during the day. :)

My family and I love this place. My beloved grandma doesn’t like too many outings at her age(88 this week), but she loves coming to Flower Power and then having lunch or some tea and scones at Belle Fleur. When I’m home, we come here once or twice a year for the last several years and all the food I’ve had here has been good, the scones and delicious and always warm and freshly made(because if they aren’t fresh they can get very brick-like quickly, gross!!!) and the staff are always polite. Its a lovely place to spend the afternoon. The café is full of light and very clean, I like the ambiance in there. Yay! Café Belle Fleur! You get my first Aussie review and I’m happy to give you guys 5 stars!

Belle Fleur has been a pretty dependable suburban breakfast option for meeting with family members and others in the area. As a philosophical devotee of the Big Breakfast, I also opt for it here, although I believe it traffics under the name«The Lot». The actual portion sizes relative to one another can be a little irregular; by which I mean, sometimes you may get not that much egg but a super serving of bacon, or perhaps more mushroom and less potato. But recieving extra bacon is a rich man’s problem and I’m not about to complain: practice the Zen approach and enjoy the switch-up. Located in Flower Power, this café can be a little crowded at times, with plenty of flow-though of kids to the koi fish ponds and the aviary, but a large outdoor seating option helps mitigate this. There is one thing which gets my goat(what a drastically underutilised phrase; thanks, Peter Griffin) and that is that a number of tables curve down at the corners. Which isn’t a large issue, on the surface … but it means that if you’re in a group and sitting in the middle, it’s a dangerous proposition to place your drink down.
