By my age, most of us who partake in sports activity will have experienced a few different physiotherapists — and I have to admit to being somewhat if a sceptic as to the value this has provided at times. Not the case here… Brad is my new best friend, not only for the relief provided, but for taking the time to explain what was going on and why/​how the exercises will help. A refreshingly different approach — even took the initiative to call and guide my trainer. Staff here all wonderful and on site gym and masseurs. Highly recommended.
(Update) I’ve since seen 2 other physics here — both excellent.
