Everyone likes to treat themselves occasionally. Starting a new job I really needed an Awesome massage! What I got was a basic rub down and the room was so cold I couldn’t really relax and enjoy myself… the «facial» was nothing more than a face wash which I can do myself at home. But the real pinch here was their product knowledge I mentioned I had sensitive skin and the lady there recommended a product that she had said was primarily used for bad skin. I thought fine try it… $ 130 just for the wash stuff later… got home really keen to try this «organic wonder in a bottle» within minutes my skin had dried out and gone red and scratchy like a bad rash and was sent home from work as I looked repulsive. I rang chakra to explain the situation, after 2 days they asked for pictures and apologized saying its not for me… No Shit Sherlock. They didnt offer me a refund nor a discount instead upgraded me to a more expensive option that I was told was ment to be offered to me first time round. I told them i wont pay them now as I am in my way to work I shall see you in a week. They have put me off this place and sent me emails already asking to come in. Ladies its not worth the light stroke rub downs or the facewash facials with the off chance of an illsuited product by someone who hasn’t got a clue. save your money and your skin and find a better «suited» salon.
