Everything about this B&B was comfortable — the owners are down to earth, friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean and had lovely bathrooms (with heat lamps!). Breakfast was amazing — plenty of excellent help yourself options and also made to order eggs. The highlight was homemade lemon curd with fresh bread. The location is ideal for Launceston — walkable to all the nice restaurants and easy to get to. You will have a nice workout walking back up the steep hill from the main part of the city. Highly recommended!
