3rd attempt at a thickshake! 1st was a milkshake 2nd they thought they would just add ice 3rd finally read a recipe. Bad attitude from staff and didn’t want to assist. When you pay over $ 7 for a thickshake you expect they know how to make one. Don’t waste your time here as better service from McDonalds.

Spent a long day shopping the city? Haven’t had time to eat yet or wanted to leave your chowing until after you tried on that swimsuit/slim-lined dress? Well, here’s the place to go to if you want a sweet treat and caffeine fix. The cake selection is of stellar proportions meaning the variety is huge and they all look too delectable to forgo. But you got to choose — there’s just no way you could get through all of these — even if you had one a day for a month I imagine you still wouldn’t have tried them all. So which one to pick? Depends on what kind of cake fan you are — sponge, cheesecake, cupcake, caramel slice, blackforest, cream, cherry, mint, lemon, coconut — I could go on but they really have to be seen and tasted to be appreciated. The barista and waitstaff are encased in a rectangle display case — the cakes quite literally encircle them so you have to walk right the way around to see them all. I like that this café has French boudoir style seating area. It’s blocked off from the main thoroughfare of the shopping centre but unfortunately you still get the noise of the people passing by. Pretty packed in the afternoon so there may be a wait if you want to sit. Worth the wait.
