I have always admired and day dreamed about plotting to steal the mirror man that always stands in the Window of Picasso Art and Framers. Whenever I visit the store there is always a beautiful selection of home worthy paintings.
The stores paintings are mainly of local artists and therefore are of mainly local themes.
The iconic beach scenes including a set of paintings of dog walkers showing perfectly the casual and friendly interaction which I have always unknowingly observed about people in similar forms of leisure.
Paintings of the Pilbara region are quite beautiful and probably instill in others what they did in me stirring up memories of past travels.
There were some simple nude drawings also which were very unoffensive and perfect for the home.
There is a huge selection of frames as well. I think this is a very renowned and well respected art dealer and framing place and would trust these people with my own work or anything else I had to frame… if I had the coin of course.
