Restaurant is clean with seating for around 40.

KFC! In other words, Korean Fried Chicken was what I set my eyes upon the moment I saw the menu in the window.
A conveniently located restaurant for those in Docklands, Supermax has fast service though I must say lunch time deals come with a much lower pricetag. The waiter was friendly although a bit newer and was doing well serving the whole restaurant by himself.
Tried the following from the dinner menu:
1) Korean Fried Chicken — for those who don’t like things too spicy this is the perfect KFC for you and is presented on a beautifully decorated wooden board.

2) Soft Shell Crab
3) Croquette in rice paper roll
4) Apple soup with poached pear — yes I know how this sounds… strange and maybe a bit icky. It is GREEN COLD SOUP!

From word of mouth, I hear the ramen is not too shabby however it is not on the dinner menu which is a disappointment as I would have liked to try it.
