The first whinge I have about Nextra is that I have never ever won lotto from this place, the second is that they fill the store with that much crap that you cant get a double pram in the store without shifting displays of useless girly gifts, or overpriced shiny stickers. The third really annoying thing of Nextra is the staff, there are always around 100 teenagers behind the counter all talking to each other. I have waited for service here, whilst one girl is serving all the punters and seven other staff just chatting by the tills, it really does annoy me especially as it took around 30 Min’s to wheel my pram in, in the first place.

Nextra is an incredible place to shop. It’s apparently a Newsagent’s, but Newsagent’s/book-gift-ink cartridge-art supply-stationary shop would probably be a lot more accurate. If slightly more convoluted. It sells everything from lotto tickets to body paint. You’ll find canvases and easels, paper products and pens, diaries and notebooks, about a bazillion gift ideas(I may be slightly exaggerating) and even discount cartridges for the printer. What’s strange and very cool about Nextra is that the shop is laid out so well that you never feel overwhelmed by the sheer mass of randomness it stocks: everything has its place and the shop is easy to navigate through.
