Consisting of 38 full time staff members, the agency also has an impressive portfolio of over 1500 managed properties.

Highly awarded agent Mark Novak, established The Novak Agency eleven years ago at the youthful age of 23, yes! he’s now 35… quite incredible, huh? Mark (who was born and bred in Dee Why) is responsible for changing the face of real estate on the northern beaches with his «thinking outside of the box» approach. His 19 years of intense knowledge of the entire real estate industry, ensure that Mark’s philosophy of «a step ahead» is always upheld.
