Ging Sushi Café in Dee Why is a true Japanese Dining experience, they don’t just serve raw fish, but they serve Sake.
Ging offers a wide range of Sushi, they serve Sashimi, Tempura, Baby Roll, Special Roll, Hand Rolls, plus they serve a further range of Japanese Cuisine.
The Teriyaki is particularly good, I went for the chicken, but they also have a delicious Karaage Chicken, which is marinated and deep fried. If you are into the raw fish, you might want to give the Beef Tataki a go (it is raw too), I think for me I will stick with the Teriyaki.
Ging is great if you want to experiment and get a taste of Japan.
