I wasn’t sure how to rate this hotel. I’m currently staying here and there is a hell of a lot that needs to be fixed. My bathroom sink has major cracks. The head bored that has been installed then has painted and left big drip marks all over it. There is no fan in the bathroom, leaving it steamed up. The pillows are hard. Rock hard. I could forgive all the above if the price reflected the quality of the hotel. In fact, I just called them to ask if they were 3 or 4 star. They told me 5. Yes it’s true. I’ve stayed at real 5 star hotels. You’ll be asked what sort of pillow you require. There will not be cracks in your sink gathering germs. There will be a turn down service and a pool! I’m no snob. I’m a dude who grew up in the western suburbs of Melbourne. If I pay top $$ I expect that. No. No. It is not 5 star. Not even close. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. But management need to take a good look at your rooms. I give you 2 stars for claiming you are 5 stars

This is where my beautiful wife and I spent our honeymoon together. And we will never forget the way we were treated and the incredible time we had at this awesome hotel. The staff was so attentive and helpful to my wife and I on our honeymoon! My wife wanted to see koalas and the concierge set that up no problem. Anywhere we wanted to go, the concierge set up our transportation and pointed us in the direction of Sydney Harbour, Darling Harbor, Bondi Beach, the most beautiful places in town. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a medal for how cool she was to us! Our Honeymoon Suite was impeccable and we cannot recommend this place highly enough for a honeymoon. Thanks for the great memories we loved this place! We will never forget our stay there!

Been a member of Accor for years. Sofitel has always been best, but Pullman have just surpassed them for service and professional attitude. Food in the restaurant was up to a good standard, bedroom excellent. Recently refurbished, great stay!

Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Should be for the price. But the wifi here is horrible! I mean come on! There’s a network cable in the room but If you plan to do any work from your phone or tablet, forget it.

I came here with a bunch of girlfriends for one night in the city. One of us ended up booking another room(we had already booked 3 twins) as we had a couple more than first expected. The staff were so friendly and once the realised that my friend had stayed with them before, they got her room ready quicksmart. It seems they like to keep returning customers happy. The view from the roof top pool is gorgeous, they have a well equipped gym and also a spa and sauna. Comfy, comfy. comfy beds. I slept like a baby. As the hotel is located at Hyde Park, it is a great location. The museum train stop is close by and you can also walk to a lot of attractions around Sydney. I’d would stay there again.

Definitely a great place to stay in Sydney for the price. We loved our stay at the Pullman. It’s close to Hyde Park and the Sydney Eye Tower. It’s walkable to Chinatown and there are plenty of cute/smaller restaurants nearby where you can just grab something to eat. Plus the Museum Railway Stop is nearby, like 1 block away so it is walkable to get to public transportation. The room was big and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for. We definitely loved our stay the Pullman on our trip to Sydney.
