Having stayed in the house adjacent to this coffee shop, I was very pleased to enjoy their coffees in the mornings. The shop is very small and personal but they seem to have a very loyal following. There were many people who came in that knew each other by name and seemed to be friends with the staff. The coffee was very good, especially the flat white. The carry-out cups were sturdy and heat proof which is always a great thing when picking up some coffees for the road. Check this place out and you will not be let down.

Best flat white I’ve ever had. A great and varied coffee menu as well as delicious breakfast offerings and fresh pastries. Service is «take away» or in the cozy seating area. Lots of locals!

Awesome! Great deal on breakfast, had the egg and bacon roll and coffee combo for $ 7 – delicious all around. Best value I’ve seen yet in Sydney.

Good coffee, but not great coffee. I saw all the reviews and I thought that this coffee would be great, and this place can be my regular go to. However, I was slightly disappointed. Again, the coffee was good but not great. A little bit to watery for my taste — however, if you like weaker coffee, this might be the place for you. Saying that, this place is small and adorable. And the staff is extremely friendly. Which makes me want to come back — but then I remember that there are awesome cafes around the corner.

Nice place to stop in for a quick cup of good quality coffee. I had a really good cappuccino with a delicious chocolate chip muffin. Its a cozy spot on the corner where you can grab a quick read and get your day started right. Everyone also seemed to know the cashier which gave the place a very local neighborhood feel.

Andrew has some serious technical chops in the coffee department — the roasting, the barista-ing and the warm service; all 5 star worthy. Learning the art of coffee roasting in South Korea, Andrew now roasts his own concoctions at this itty-bitty café in Darlinghurst. It’s unassuming from the street, there’s little seating, and you feel cosily shut-away from the Darlo chaos. Coffee may not be ready in a hurry(you can’t rush creativity!), but Andrew offers some choice reading material for the wait — the New Yorker and Buffy the Vampire Slayer become part of the anecdotal décor. Regardless of great coffee and 90s pop culture nostalgia, Andrew’s hospitality will make you want to regular this place.
