Excellent location with a loft that has a magnificent harbourview and small enough for an intimate gathering of friends. Good fajitas and tall glasses of beer. Good service. Not crowded and easy to have a catch up and chat w mates. Will go back!

Decent sized meals and quick service, friendly staff. They made a couple of errors with the drinks order and tried to get us to pay for them a second time when we had already paid. Oysters were fresh and delicious and meals were reasonably priced.

I had their house burger, pretty solid with some smoky flavors and clearly grilled. It’s on the water like everything right around there and has a sizeable patio. The beer unfortunately was disproportionately expensive, the burger was $ 15 and so was the beer, the draft prices were also not listed which makes me question the place. Additionally, the bartender made a huge mess when pouring my beer and didn’t even give me a napkin to wipe it down, I had a puddle under my glass within minutes of sitting down.

The Watershed Hotel on the ‘Harbourside’ side of Darling Harbour is a popular bar for locals and tourists. It’s a great spot if you can grab a table outside and watch the flow of people walk by and as the sun sets you can almost see everyone on the Cockle Bay side squinting as the sun sets in their eyes. Even during the day, it can be a bit dark inside the actual bar so you’d be best trying to sit outside although if you can’t it’s not that bad and quite airy too. There’s a handy bistro and depending on what night you go there may be a DJ playing some tunes. Darling Harbour is a busy place so if you need to rest with a drink, why not do it here?
