Ordered clothes line in November and only got installed in February — clearly their customers don’t need to dry clothes for 3 months. Total lack of communication from the company and was lied to multiple times about when it would be finished — had to chase and chase and call repeatedly to find out what was going on. When the office reopened after Christmas they lied and said that the clothes line was ready — installer rang and confirmed they were still getting them painted and several customers had been missed before Christmas. Installer then just turned up randomly at 9AM one Saturday morning without any prior communication or notice. Installer didn’t have brackets with him to install properly to fence and had to return later to complete the job. The unit itself is of acceptable quality, the company and head office should be ashamed of their appalling communication and installers should be far better prepared and courteous to customers with their communication. Asked for a discount due to being stuffed around by the company and they flatly said, no. Avoid and simply buy competitors products.
