Daglish is one of the smaller train stations, which is not a bad thing; the positives are that there is almost always available parking(either in the main car park or along the road which is valid for two hours) there aren’t long lines for the ticket dispenser and there are less people fighting to get onto the train. There are a few negatives however; they don’t have a machine to recharge your smart rider and if you’re going home alone late at night it’s a bit sketchy walking through the underpass with only a handful of people — which I avoid doing at all cost. Another thing which is really nice about Daglish Station is that they have tried to beat graffiti tags and overcome the sketchiness of the underpass by commissioning urban artist Drew Straker to create a series of uplifting artworks(see images) which makes the Station little more interesting and appealing.
