When you arrive at this large piece of land off Maroondah Highway you have one of two options. La Porchetta or Sofia’s Pizza restaurant, unlike La Porchetta which always wanted to have chain store like expansion — Sofia’s was originally just a great place to go for Pizza in Camberwell.
Sofia’s Croydon is definitely no where near the glory days of Sofia’s Camberwell but they do have better options. If you want cheap with large servings it is worth going here, only thing that bugged me was the mains had options of chips or salad or vegatables. If you wanted two of the three you were charged an extra $ 2.
