C [Arb] FRAIA AIAMA He is qualified as both a Registered architect [NSW ARB # 5025] and specialist Urban Designer, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. He is recognized as a heritage consultant by the Heritage Office of NSW. A qualifed arbitrator, he also provides expert evidence and has appeared as an expert witness before the L&EC.

Patrick OCarrigan B. Sc (Arch) B. Arch (Hons 1) [Syd] M. Arch (Penn) P. C [Arb] FRAIA AIAMA He is qualified as both a Registered architect [NSW ARB # 5025] and specialist Urban Designer, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. As a registered architect and project manager, Patrick has over 30 years professional experience in both the private and public sectors in the management of design and construction projects ranging from conservation and adaptive re-​use, architectural design and project administration to, more recently, major urban capital works including master-​planning and urban design. Prior to establishing his own firm, Patrick spent five years with the City of Sydney as Manager Urban Architecture City Projects. This was a critical period in the development of Sydney in
