BBQ Smoken Ribs is a neighbourhood kind of place that cooks up BBQ good enough to make it a true destination. It was created by me, Sergio who happens to be passionate about food in general but especially the Smoking BBQ process in particular.
I believe barbecue is at its best when all of its powerful flavours combine and harmonise. When we combine the balanced elements of the natural flavours of the meat, the savoury aromas of wood smokes, the spiciness of the rub and the flavours of the sauce, you have BBQ heaven.
I’ve worked hard to match the right cut of meat with the right rub, wood smoke, sauce, and cooking technique. My proprietary sauces and rubs are lovingly crafted from scratch in my own kitchen. The same applies for my sides.
It’s a bit more work to do it this way, but I believe the results are well worth it.
