If there is one thing Inc is consistent with it’s being inconsistent. I have boycotted it a while back, but if they have changed since them I’d be surprised. Overpriced, and understaffed. The staff never get your order right, or if they’ve run out of something they’ll just substitute it with something else without asking. The menu changed so often there was never time to find a «favourite» of any kind and if you did, don’t worry they’ll stuff it up next time you order it.

Great place to stop in Cronulla if you want a bit of everything. Today was a quick catch up with a mate. Grabbed the freshly made Piña juice with pineapple, lime and coconut water. Was delicious! Staff can be a little moody sometimes but they might just need a coffee. Must have a glazed cronut when you stop. Didn’t have one today as I’m starting the new year on a health kick. Enjoy!

My spidey senses tell me there’s an American somewhere behind this place. Either that or they found their inspiration at McDonalds(in a good way). A perfectly cooked medium rare burger patty with mustard and pickles, and not a beetroot in sight? Trés American. Pulled pork tacos with crackling? That crackling bit might claim an Australian association, but that juicy shredded pork is All American. Now I know why this place is always packed(and it’s the crowd that kept me away from this place for so long) but for a Saturday lunch, the turn over was enough that there was always an available seat for anyone walking in. Beer selection is okay. Bottles only, but they had both Asahi and Little Creatures on offer so we were happy. The coffee was okay. Apparently others love it, I would have liked an extra shot in mine. Really good food and a funky atmosphere(old school wooden chairs reprinted and reupholstered with modern fabrics– I sat in a pink wooden chair with skulls). My only complaint is with the fries: they serve the thin shoe string fries that were a bit underdone for my liking. That said, with some salt, they made the perfect vessel for the chipotle aioli.

I’ve just had a cup of coffee, it is amazingly great!!! Very cool interior and friendly staff. They have tea, breakfast menu, all day dining food, pastries & sweets and drinks. Food looks amazing, I should try food next time. I will definitely come back here for coffee:)
