The Settlement Hotel

Haven’t been here for breakfast in years and the last time was very disappointing… so decided to give it another go. The staff were freindly and the place was clean. I had the vego breakfast. Plenty of mushrooms and spinach with two poached eggs cooked perfectly. The meal was not served hot it was only warm. Chai was also served warm. My other half really enjoyed his Eggs Benedict as they made all the changes that he asked for. He was impressed. The décor still hasn’t changed in years. But overall will come again.

This hotel really needs a makeover. The deco is old and tacky looking. I have had good and bad experiences here over the years. However today’s lunch (char-​grilled veggie turkish bread) in the café’ section tasted great and the staff member was helpful & friendly.
