Alex Vaughn has won a heap of awards. If you check out her website you will understand why. She is a brilliant photographer. If looking for that one good shot for your portfolio or headshot, Alex is the one to see.
She does things a bit differently whereby you meet her in the street with your suitcase of clothes and away you go, exploring the city searching for the perfect backdrop and perfect light. No studios here! She’s against the big ‘done’ hair and too much make up. The natural self is the best self, She believes.
What the cost entails is:
An hour customised portrait shoot. You should allow 2.5 hours for your session as she tends to keep going so all elements work together and she feels you have lots of winning shots.
A private web gallery with the best 30 – 80 shots are sent to you and your agent after the shoot for image selection.
Four finished images supplied in black and white and colour (8 in total) via FTP download with 2 versions of each image:
–1 x set of 8 high quality, large hi-​res images (for printing & Showcast) — this allows you to pop your images on a disk or memory stick and take them to your preferred printer and order as many copies as you require.
–1 x set of 8 low-​res images (for emailing and web use).
Post production & retouching of all 4 (8 in total) final images.
Cropping of final images to the industry standard (Australian, US & UK) 8×10 inches — this means you will be able to print the correct size directly from your image files.
The Private Web Gallery is up within 5 working days of your shoot and images are ready within 5 working days of your image selection. The total cost is $ 490.00 (no GST cost) which I think is fantastic for all the work she does and all the different ways you receive the images.
A comfortable shoot. Highly recommended for actors and models after a successful shot.
