Store UR Stuff is a self storage facility located in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide. The warehouse facility houses 158 individual steel lock up units over 2 levels with over 7 different sizes ranging from 2.75 — 72 cubic meters.

Store UR Stuff can cater for any domestic or commercial storage needs — weather you are moving house, reclaiming your own back shed/​garage, making room for returning kids, or need storage for business stock and archiving. The minimum rental commitment is one month and we offer long term storage discounts.

History

Established in 2012.

Store UR Stuff was developed under the roof of a vacant warehouse. Conversion of the existing building commenced in October 2011 with construction completed in early 2012. The site was previously used as a liquor distribution warehouse which had an already established car park, entry and exit points, reception area and of course the warehouse.

The once orange brick building was painted and branded in the green, black and white colours of Store UR Stuff and operation of the facility began in February 2013 with 112 ground floor self storage units. March 2014 saw the completion of the mezzanine level in the facility which added and additional 46 self storage units and the installation of a goods lift. This now completes the warehouse section of the facility.

The casual office space, meeting room and training room were completed in April 2014. Comprising of 2 corporate private offices, a networking space, meeting room to comfortable seat 6 people and a flexible training room.

Hi my name is Jodie and I am the facility manager at Store UR Stuff.

Upon returning to work after 12 months maternity leave, I was offered a new position and challenge of operating a start up self storage business. Not knowing anything about the industry, my previous experience is in the tourism and hospitality industry, I welcomed the challenge.

I have now been working in the industry for over a year and have loved seeing the business, staff and facility grow. There are so many reasons why people need storage and each customer has their own story to tell, and it is this interaction that I enjoy the most.
