Philosophy
We like cheese. We really like cheese. A lot.
Our philosophy is simple: to share our passion for Australian and international cheeses with as many people as possible. The choices range from the familiar to the obscure; from mild to strong from fresh to washed to blue. And because not every cheese goes with quince paste as many people use to it… we pair it with simplicity of home roasted spicy nuts, house baked and our famous Pumpkin and sea salt lavoush as a perfect condiment.
We work with other different compliments, including a pickled carrots and cauliflower, jams marinade olives etc.
We also have only Australian wines (which we are really proud of), Mexican, Danish and French beers on offer and anything else that goes with cheese. And the best part is you don’t need to get all dressed up to come here.
