Communicate It strives to provide effective and enjoyable Speech Pathology Services to children and young adults who experience speech, language and communication difficulties. Input is tailored to suit individual needs and involves parents and/​or educators as important partners in the therapy and decision making process.

Communicate It has been providing Speech Pathology Services to individuals with communication difficulties in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, since March 2003.

Communicate It has extensive experience in providing quality Speech Pathology services to individuals with listening, understanding, speaking, interaction, communication, reading or writing difficulties.

Communicate It is a licensed provider of Cellfield treatment and is a recognised provider of Fast ForWord Intervention.

Business Owner

Liz Murray (B App Sc [Sp. Path.]) has been working as a paediatric Speech Pathologist since January 1996. She has worked in the Northern Territory as well as in the United Kingdom over the past 16 years in both education and community health settings. She began working as an independent Speech and Language Therapist while in the UK, then continued working independently in Australia since she returned in March 2003.

Liz has special interests in literacy and autistic spectrum disorders. She is experienced in working with children between the ages of 2 and 18 as well as with young adults who are motivated to develop language, communication and literacy skills for the workplace. Liz is also experienced in presenting to schools and other community groups.

This year Liz is working closely with a high school in the South Eastern region to adapt their restorative justice procedure to account more fully for individuals with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Severe Language Disorder and Learn
