Firstly, I am extremely proud of my standing as a Fellow of The Migration Institute of Australia. This honour is only available to those immigration experts that are ethical, registered for over ten years, and are recognised by their industry peers as professional with a deep knowledge of the Migration Act.

Born in Adelaide and raised in country New South Wales I developed a fascination for geography, cultures and the customs of people from around the world. I especially loved all things Japanese and studied the Japanese language at school and in Japan. I knew I was destined to work in a field where I could combine all of these passions.

I started my corporate career with a Japanese inbound travel company starting up the Human Resources and Recruitment Division. I was given my first experience of Temporary Business Visas in this role and this is where my attraction with the immigration industry began, handling visas for the Japanese expatriates.
