I went to Ted’s Camera store to look a the new Nikon D7100 and get a rough estimate of total costs of a camera package that I was looking at.
The sales assistant greeted me and began to talk to be about the Nikon D7100 and compared it to the Nikon D7000 and other Canon models. The way he spoke was overly casual and sweared quite often. He also made a note that he didn’t care if he made a sale or not as he just gets paid hourly and likes his job because he gets to sell cameras.
After asking for a total price on the package I was after he came back showing me the price on a calculator and then asked if I wanted to pay for it now. This went against everything he said about not being a sales person and I had repeatedly told him that I was not ready to buy and was looking at prices.
My colleague and I left with a sour experience and I do not recommend going here for any of your camera purchases.
