DO NOT COME HERE!!!
i got a full set of gels put on about 6 weeks ago by OWNER, AMY and when i got them taken off today by another place, i see that both my thumbs are MASSIVELY INFECTED WITH GREEN FUNGUS AND ONE OF MY THUMB NAILS IS SPLIT DOWN THE MIDDLE!!! ALL TEN NAILS ARE ALSO VERY DEFORMED IN SHAPE.
AMY IS THE RUDEST WOMAN, SHE DILUTES ALL HER POLISHES WITH WATER AND THEN DENYS IT.
3 times, i have made appointments for 9.30 (the time they say they open) and three times they didn’t turn up until 9:50, no apology given.
I now have to go to the doctors tomorrow, pay for treatment and antibiotics and hope that my nails can be salvaged in some way!!! i am disgusted and horrified. This salon also charges exactly DOUBLE what others charge and I am told that they have a bad reputation amongst salons in melbourne for being UNHYGENIC and DISRESPECTFUL to their customers. I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE MY CLAIMS!!!
THIS SHOP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
