Like all Apple Stores I’ve ever seen, this place is super busy. You generally need to make an appointment if you want to see someone about a repair. I arrived 10 mins late for my appointment about a broken IPod but they still accommodated me and I noted that they also attended to those without an appointment where they could, I guess that shows that they roster their staff well to meet demand. My iPod nano couldn’t be fixed and was out of warranty so they offered to replace it for $ 65 — not a bad result I thought so gladly accepted. I also had my son’s broken iPhone 4 with me and although I should have made a separate appointment for that my tech guy was happy to look at it. Again, it was out of warranty and apparently they don’t fix broken screens??? Anyway for $ 179 I got a new IPhone 4. In terms of the customer service I received at this store I’m happy to give it high marks.
