So my mum dragged me to this place at the insistence of her work friends who swore their shakes are to die for. While they aren’t topping their shakes with a Nutella donut or have them overflowing in to your lap they are pretty extreme. For $ 8.50 I got a mason jar filled with Ferraro shake topped with cream, Nutella and Ferraro Rocher. I felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast. I drank maybe a quarter but the novelty was well worth it. They have a very extensive breakfast menu including a whole section just for eggs! I love eggs so this works for me. I ordered a 3 egg omelette with spinach and cheddar. This thing was a monster! I got through half and thought I was going to pas out. I did find a little piece of shell in mine which turned me off a bit but was definitely forgivable. What wasn’t really great was the service. We waited about 10 minutes for a seat which is fine but once we were seated we waited about 10 minutes for menus that never came and I ended up walking inside to collect them myself. Waited for a good 20 minutes for coffees and longer for food(in all fairness they did warn us about that). All in all, decent meal for a decent price. Would I return? Probably not.
